Bio

My coaching is built on the principle that better movement patterns create better performance; using biomechanical analysis and best available research, I help people, move more efficiently to perform at much higher levels and reduce the risks of injury.

From regional/national athletics to Wasps U21s/Development XV and Durham University rugby, performance has always been part of my DNA. After 20 years in the Metropolitan Police, I redirected that experience into coaching - backed by extensive qualifications in strength & conditioning and corrective exercise.

I’ve developed progressive injury prevention systems, including work with the UK’s largest female amateur football clubs (Hitchin Belles FC) - helping lead the way in reducing ACL injuries through smarter training.

I work across the spectrum with clients: former SF military, busy professionals, junior academy players, semi-pro footballers, and international rugby players. My approach is simple - no generic programmes. Every person I coach has their own physical history, limitations and potential.
