I'm the founder of Home Gym UK, the UK's largest and friendliest home and garage gym community, bringing together home gym owners, fitness enthusiasts and strength lovers from across the UK.

What started as a passion project to give people a place to share their home gyms has grown into a thriving community built around support, inspiration and honest advice. Members share their gym builds, equipment recommendations, training journeys and ideas, helping inspire others to create spaces they are proud of.
At Home Gym UK, community always comes first. We focus on genuine conversations between gym owners and equipment brands, sharing honest reviews, real-world feedback, useful gym hacks and helping companies understand what their customers want. We also create factory tours, giving members a behind-the-scenes look.
Through our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, we showcase incredible home gyms across the UK, celebrating the creativity and passion behind them. I also share my fitness journey, from bodybuilding and Men’s Physique to rebuilding after hip reconstruction, showing that setbacks don’t have to stop progress.
