Through my proven 16-week transformation, I combine sustainable fat loss with the mindset shifts that create results that last, designed specifically for women whose bodies, hormones, and lifestyles have changed.

Strength training is at the heart of everything I do. Not to “burn calories” but to build a body that is strong, resilient, and confident. One that supports your metabolism, balances your hormones, and carries you powerfully through midlife and beyond.
