Terrible customer service. Terrible damaged products - stay clear

Already owning northerns 4,6,8,12,16 and 20KG kettlebells and being super impressed with the quality and finish I purchased the 24 to complete the set.
The finish is terrible, the painting is shocking and there are multiple sharp shards sticking out on the handle. This shows a clear lack of quality control.
I did send an email to northern who agreed with me that the item they sent me was sub standard and offered a return and replacement, but by the time they had received and inspected my return then processed and sent a replacement it would be too late for what I actually needed it for.
Left me really disappointed and unsure if I’ll use northern again.

Ordered a set of Kettlebells and after a week messaged them to say the haven’t arrived, then said they will send some more out which never materialised , then said they were delivered, they were not.
Absolute waste of time, no refund and no kettlebells.

I ordered these after returning a set of Taurus vinyl coated cast iron kettlebells, that were just a terrible design. And these cast iron bells from Northern Gym Equipment are far superior, I just love everything about them. The quality is great, you get exactly what it says on the tin, the design in terms of handle thickness and space between handle and bell is in the correct range, unlike the Taurus bells I returned, and best of all, they came at an amazing price. I also had a 20% discount on top which really put the cherry on the top.
They work well for all main movements like swings, snatches, cleans, squats, etc. And I couldn't recommend them enough!

Order two kettlebells, the one shipped by Evri never end turned up. I had to request the product to be resent rather than waiting for Evri to find the missing item as suggested by Northern. This should have been done automatically once the item was delayed after a week of it not being received. Customer

Hello, I recently bought 2x 28 kilo kettlebells
I was initially impressed with the finish on receipt of the goods.However on first use in my garden on grass, the coating started flaking off on the bottom edges. After using 3 times again in my garden both kettlebells, both have flaked around the bottom edges and moving up the kettlebell.Neither have been banged together or been in contact with a hard material. Only the grass in my garden.

I ordered 3 Kettlebells on a 3 for 2 deal and only 2 of them turned up. It seemed to get lost somewhere by the courier. I emailed my issue through and a replacement was sent out within minutes and delivered promptly. Thanks very much guys. Will definitely use again.
